Tell me what’s breaking.

A few paragraphs is plenty. What you’re building, where it strains, and what you’ve already tried. I read and answer every message myself, usually within one business day.

Your details go straight to my inbox. Nothing is shared with anyone, and you are only added to the newsletter if you tick the box above.

No deck and no pitch. You describe the problem, I ask questions, and we both work out whether there’s a fit. If there isn’t, I’ll usually be able to point you somewhere better.

No calendar link yet — tell me a couple of times that work and I’ll confirm one by email.

Occasional writing on cost, orchestration, and the failure modes I keep running into. Roughly monthly, no more. Unsubscribe in one click.

What Happens Next

No funnel, no sequence.

  1. Reply

I read it and write back

Usually within a business day. If your message makes it obvious that I’m not the right fit, I’ll say so in that first reply and suggest where to look instead.

  2. Call

    Thirty minutes, no slides

You walk me through the system. I ask the questions that usually surface the real problem. You leave with at least one thing worth trying whether or not we work together.

  3. Proposal

    Scope and price, in writing

A short document: the problem as I understand it, what I’d do, what you’d get, what it costs, and how long it takes. One page, not twenty. Nothing starts until you’ve agreed to it.
